Day 1

Day 1 - Into the Garage.  Stacked along the wall are about 10 more boxes of parts.  The car is complete and there is about another 1/2 a car in parts (note the extra hood off the side.) Also have two extra doors and extra trunk lid and lots of engine and suspension parts an extra wiring harness - 3 or 4 dashes etc. etc. 

Car was repainted red (badly) at some point.  the original color is kind of blueish grey

Decoding the VIN tag indicates the car was assembled in Canada at the Halifax assembly plant in 1964  One thing they did there that I have heard is put lots and lots of undercoating on the Canadian cars - this will be an issue because it all needs to come off before the car goes for media blasting.
